1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of fractalcode.dev (the "Site"), operated by fractal code. In these Terms, "we," "our," or "us" refers to fractal code. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

2. What the Site Is

The Site is a marketing and information surface for fractal code and the apps we build for Salla merchants (currently Hadaya, with more in progress). It is informational only — it doesn't process orders, store data, or run any transaction on your behalf.

3. Our Products

Each app we build has its own Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, since those govern an actual product relationship (accounts, subscriptions, store data) that this Site doesn't have. Where the Site links out to an app (for example, Hadaya), that app's own terms apply once you install or use it.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute Site content at scale without our permission

5. Intellectual Property

The Site's content, design, and brand assets (including the fractalcode name and mark) belong to fractal code. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without our written consent.

6. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third parties, including Salla and our own apps' product pages. We aren't responsible for the content or practices of sites we link to.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet any particular expectation.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FRACTAL CODE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
